General Information :
Webster Hall New York City, America’s first and largest nightclub, is expanding globally. Want to join us? We are proud to offer a license to utilize one of the most recognized and respected entertainment trademarks in the world.
Webster Hall New York City offers instant brand recognition, booking assistance, business consulting and merchandising opportunities.
We encourage you to arrange a trip to NYC to visit us with your design and management team. We would be happy to give you a tour of the club and to discuss your business plan. No license will be issued until we have personally met with you and your team. |

Qualifications :
Licenses will only be issued to operators who have proven hospitality and entertainment experience in their respected territory and who have proven financial capability to develop and operate a successful nightclub. |

Territories :
A territory is the U.S. or foreign city you are interested in locating a Webster Hall in. We will allow only one club per city however we will permit an individual owner to operate clubs in multiple territories.

Real Estate/Sites :
Clubs should be generally located in major cities and in areas with major tourist foot traffic. Clubs should be able to hold at least 900 guests. A minimum ceiling height of 40’ is preferable. Food is generally not served but is an option. We do reserve the right to review and approve your real estate selection. |

License Costs :
Site Fee
There is a site fee due upon signing an agreement to secure exclusivity in your requested city. This fee varies from city to city but will generally start at $100,000. There is a discount for agreeing to develop multiple clubs in multiple cities. |

Royalties :
5% of gross sales from operations, not including sales of logo merchandise
25% of gross sales from sales of logo merchandise Training:
Your team is welcome to train with us and to observe our operation for a pre-determined amount of time. Travel, hotel, salaries and all expenses are at your cost. |
