HOW DO I GET TO WEBSTER HALL?We are located on 125 E 11st NY, NY 10003 between 3rd Ave. and 4th Ave. From Penn Station- You can take the A,C,E trains downtown to 14th st. Transfer to the L going towards Brooklyn and get off at Union Sq 14th street. Click here for directions!
I BOUGHT ADVANCE TICKETS ONLINE USING A CREDIT CARD .... DO I NEED TO HAVE THE CARD TO GET IN?Yes. You need the confirmation # or print out ticket, a valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. ALSO acceptable is photocopy of credit card used to purchase the tickets and a photocopy of that persons ID. Basically bring as much information as you can to prove that the person is you.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ENTER?You need to be 19 with valid ID to attend nightclub events. Concert age restrictions vary - see events calendar for specific concert information.
WHAT TYPE OF ID DO I NEED?Government issued photo ID is required for entry. Valid (not expired) state ID, drivers license or passport. NO COLLEGE IDS AND NO PHOTOCOPIED ANYTHING. Temporary licenses from the DMV are acceptable with an additional VALID photo ID. Birth certificates accompanied by a non-government issued photo ID are not accepted.
WHAT TIME DO YOU OPEN FOR CLUB EVENTS?Club doors open at 10 pm. Our doors close at 3:30 am. The club closes around 4:30 am.

WHAT TIME IS THE ARTIST PERFORMING?For CONCERTS: Set times are available at the front door before the concert. You can also call 212-353-1600 for more set time information.
For CLUB events (Thursday, Friday & Saturday events with a 10PM or later door time): : Headlining DJs usually begin around 1am in the Grand Ballroom.
I LOST MY ID/JACKET/WALLET/ETC. HAS IT BEEN HANDED IN?Please call our repception desk between 10am and 6pm Monday-Saturday at 212-353-1600.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?Concerts generally do not have a dress code. For nightclub events we advise you to dress trendy, or as if going out to a nice restaurant.
HOW DO I GET ON THE GUESTLIST?Sign up for the guestlist by clicking HERE. Guest list is not open for sold out events and certain club nights. Guestlist is for nightclub events only and does not apply to concerts.
CAN I COME AND BUY TICKETS FROM YOU?Presale tickets are available at the Webster Hall Box Office (125 E 11th Street between 3rd and 4th Ave) for concerts, The Studio and otherwise specified shows, Mon-Sat from 10AM- 6PM.
