Vic Latino worked his way to the top of commercial radio, earning the coveted p.m.-drive show on New York's most-listened-to dance station, WKTU, Z100, WPLJ, and others techno, house, dance even hip-hop stations.. The Long Island native began his radio career as part of Ed Lover and Dr. Dre's morning show on Hot 97. He then moved to Long Island stations WBLI 106.1 and WXXP Party 105 before eventually scoring a coveted position at WKTU-NY. While there, Latino helped make the station's p.m.-drive show the city's second-highest rated, behind only Funkmaster Flex's. Around this same time, in the early 2000s, Latino aligned himself with Tommy Boy Records, who offered him the opportunity to mix The 80's Now, a collection of '80s new wave hits given a contemporary remake or remix. Summer Vibes, Latino's second mix album of funk break beats, followed in 2003. 2005's One Night In NYC marked Latino's recording debut for Ultra Records. Aside from being a mainstay on the club circuit, Latino has made television appearances on A&E's Growing Up Gotti as well as various guest spots on select news and morning shows for ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS and The WB. ~ Jason Birchmeier, All Music Guide. Vic Latino has achieved what very few radio personalities ever accomplish. He debuted a new radio show on XM radio, he has been celebrity DJ for the Armani Exchange stores. www.viclatino.com peal to the very young and the older but young at heart audience”. Johnny Budz born and raised in New Jersey, he was 8 years as a "Mix Master" on the world's largest dance radio station WKTU in New York City. Johnny has held a residency at New York's WKTU since its re-emergence in 1996.
